Join us for Game 2 between Tops Off Bottoms Up and Dingo? of the Summer Social Touch League! As usual we’ll have pick-up on a second pitch alongside the game. We ask that those not playing or reffing stay off the League pitch but spectators are more than welcome!

Tomorrow is the kickoff match of the 2023 Summer Touch League at the Tidal Basin!
– There will still be pick up touch from 5:30 onwards! It’ll just be on one half of the pitch instead of the usual two until the match ends (likely 7:15)
– Even with half of us playing/reffing league, it will probably be crowded given the numbers we had yesterday. We ask that if you’re not a player ref or player in one of the teams playing (i.e. a player with a jersey that both captains have agreed is playing), you stay out of the subbox and the playing area of the League-half pitch. Definitely welcome spectators though!

It’ll be over 90 so bring water!

Summer is here. High heat and humidity. Make sure to stay hydrated.

[Edit] looks like the mall got completely closed off overnight so we’re moving to bundy field but it’s still looking clear, nearly hot and sunny – HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!

We may have to move because of crowds and park closures – none of our regular locations are reservable until after tomorrow so stay tuned for updates but we’ll try the Basin first. Slight chance of thunderstorms after 6.
