I neglected to say in the previous post that te game will be @10AM, as usual.

… Santa gave you some kick-ass weather to come get your touch rugby on! Yup, its gonna be a scorcher at 62F. Gadzukes, you might even need your sunscreen.

I realize some of you may be heading home over the holiday season… But there will be touch for the few, the proud, the hardiest of souls willing to stand up to the slow tide of history and shout “NO, I WILL PLAY TOUCH RUGBY THIS SATURDAY!”

Those who are in are urged to reply to this post by saying “PAIN IS TEMPORARY. GLORY IS FOREVER.”

Hey guys, this was a tough call, but the cold weather, strong chance of rain in the middle of play, and minimal stated interest led me to call the game.  

Hopefully I’ll see some of you tonight at Wences’. Feel free to complain about not playing today then 🙂

The weather’s still looking iffy and numbers are light.  That doesn’t bode well for tomorrow, but I’m not calling it just yet.  If the weather (and the forecast) holds up tomorrow morning we might be okay.  Be on the lookout for a post around 8:30 for a final decision!

Also, Wences is having a fiesta tomorrow where poker will be played and tequila will be imbibed.  He’s extending the invite to all you ruggers, so if you have a free night tomorrow, come on over!  Contact him or me if you’re interested in coming and we’ll send the details.

The weather’s looks like crap for Saturday, but who knows, maybe the rain and snow won’t come.  If the weather’s decent, no reason we shouldn’t play.  I’ll make the call on Friday evening, but first, I need to see if people are interested to begin with.  Who’s in???

You guys are so eager!!  Rugby’s on.  I’ll see everyone on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the mall!

PS  Coordinating rugby for everyone every week can be difficult, that’s why I try to keep things consistent.  A 10 a.m. game is our non-summer scheduled time.  I changed it once to be accommodating and that was the worst experience of my life.  Not gonna happen again.

It was cold outside last week, but we still had 16 people show up!  After a few minutes of running around everyone warmed up and we had a great run.  This weekend is looking the same weather-wise.  If last week was a success, no reason this week shouldn’t be either.  Who’s in? 

I’ll see everyone at the mall tomorrow at 10 AM.  It’s only going to be 35 degrees so bundle up!

Who’s in for touch on Saturday?  It’s going to be a cold one!  Let me know if you’re in for Saturday at 10.
