One thing though… I kinda double booked today so I’m going to be at rugby late (6:30-45ish). That said, does anyone else have a ball they can bring? I have mine if someone wants to pick it up at the Laughing Man Tavern (that’s where I’ll be). Let me know!

Hi team, I know that there are a few people out this weekend and that there were no big takers for the rugby tournament. In any case, just posting to see if there is interest to get out there for our usual Saturday game. If we get the numbers then we’re on so let me know! (I assume someone has Wences’s cones?)

Hello All,
Last weekend I mentioned that there is a beerfest happening next Saturday afternoon/evening in DC. Myself and Kira are going (we haven’t decided between 3-6 or 7-10 but more on that in moment) and we would like to see who else would be interested and organizing a time. Below is a link (through living social) for more details and purchase of tickets, but I will summarize also.
Beerfest happening at Mount Vernon triangle next weekend. Cost is $35 a person per session. You get a ‘tasting’ glass (about a quarter of a beer) and you get to drink as much as you want from over 50 different breweries plus free full pours of Bud Light or Shock Top (if that is your thing). Me and Kira have been to a few of these and have enjoyed every single one.

Yesterday, I got a lot of positive responses for playing on Saturday (not surprisingly). I just want to confirm though, so respond if you’re in. We’ll be at 17th and Constitution at 9 am like usual.
Hey Everyone,There was a recent post about a tournament coming up in Maryland next weekend. Are people interested in playing? Neither Anthony nor I can make it because we’ll be both be out that weekend, but if someone wants to be captain and get a group together have at it. I think it would be a good experience, and who knows, our team might win. If you’re interest, send a response. And if someone wants to be captain, just shout out that you want the responsibility.

Rugby is on today boys and girls. Lets meet at 6 where we played last week at the corner of 15th and Constitution in that little nook that the soccer players try to occupy. We all know it’s going to be a hot one, so I’ll give you the advice my rugby coach used to give me on days like this: “Stop whining.”
