Hi! My boyfriend and I are interested in coming out to play with you guys! He played a bit in high school and college and I played briefly in college (much more of a newcomer than him). Do you guys take new players/what’s the skill level of the team? How often/where do you guys play?
We welcome new players at any skill level. We play a loose version of the FIT rules. We have people who are brand new to the game through active MLR players that come out. It can be pretty competitive, but mostly we just have fun and everyone wins. There is a location link on the right side of the main page. We always play Saturdays at 9:30a. Weekday evenings are in flux in the moment, but usually Monday and Wednesday 5:30p. Watch the page for updates on time and location the day before. Best advice is come out this Saturday. And I recommend cleats or turf shoes. If you can’t find the location link, just search Wallenberg field. It’s behind the Holocaust museum.
