It cooled down significantly over the weekend, so wear a few layers and come have a fun run after work

Snow is a distant memory with temps around 54F. no excuses not to come get a run in. 

RFK is still closed due to snow, so we’ll be at Bundy field. Most of the snow should be really slushy right about now, so bring so dry socks for after. Temp will be an amazing 50F!! Limited space and time because of soccer, but come get a little run in anyway.

RFK is closed due to snow accumulation. Bundy is a little less space and there will probably be some snow on the ground there as well, but there aren’t the same restrictions. Temps will get up to freezing, which is a welcome relief from sub-zero temps. Come have a little run and get some exercise.

Extreme cold warning!! With wind chill the realfeel is going to be about 12F, and there will still be snow on the ground. Come on out, but prepare yourself with plenty of layers and dry clothes.

Hypothermia warning. Wear layers and be ready for the cold if you come out. Temp is going to hover around 17F.

Brrrrrr. It’s going to be very cold, but don’t let that deter you. Put on a lot of layers and bring a coat.

Rain will be gone, but it will still be chilly. In the mid 40s and breezy. Layer up and come have some fun.
