What better way to start the year than a game of touch after work? Temps are pretty chilly, but low 40s should be okay with a couple layers.

JFK hockey fields at 2pm. Take the morning to sleep in and nurse any hangovers. Then come out for a run to start the year off right. If your resolution is to play more touch, you can start tomorrow. Since most people have the day off, we’ll take advantage of the natural light in the afternoon.

After a long holiday week, I’m sure everyone is excited to get back out for some touch. This time really no rain, and temps in the mid 40s. Come on out for the last run of the year!!

There will be a break in the rain this evening, just long enough to get a run in. it will still be on the colder side, and an umbrella is recommended just in case.
