The air quality is pretty poor due to the Canadian fires sending smoke our way. Doctors don’t recommend exercise when air quality is this poor, but there are those of us that need to get out and are willing to risk one day. If we play it will be on JFK hockey fields today. Still trying to confirm enough demand to play otherwise we’ll call it off. Stay tuned

It will be another warm and beautiful evening to run around and play rugby. Lots of numbers lately, which we love to see. Thanks for all the flexibility for making sure there are good rotations of the teams with everyone getting a chance to run.

Warm amd partly cloudy, heading into the humid summer weather

It’s going to be a gorgeous day!! Come have a run, bring a few beverages and snacks to share if you feel like hanging out after or taking it easy during touch. It’s a good day to get outside and have fun with your fellow rugby enthusiasts

This time it really looks like the fields are open. But volo is also out and we’ll most likely be closer to the lincoln memorial end. Keep an eye out here for any last minute updates. Much appeeciation for everyone’s flexibility as we catch up on reservations. We should be set for tidal basin for almost every session going forward.

There should be no major events, but we will probably have to share some space with the Volo groups. Fortunately there’s a lot of field so we should be okay (famous last words?) But it should be beautiful weather and a great day for a run.

Should be a warm and sunny evening perfect to run around after work. There is setup for Vietnam war commemoration that starts tomorrow at one end of the field. There should still be enough space for us to have a few fields, but if there isn’t we’ll relocate across the street from the WW2 memorial.
