Touch on the tidal basin Saturday 9:30am
We’ve got another beautiful day ahead of us. A bit chilly in the morning, but quickly warming up with plenty of sunshine. If you’re looking for an excuse to come out for the first time, or if it’s been a while and you miss us, or even if you come every week, it’s going to be a good day for a fun rugby session in our nation’s capital.
Wednesday touch at Bundy field 5:30pm
It’s going to be a cold one this evening. Get your winter mindset ready and come for a run.
New field for Monday touch
We’re taking the game to Bundy field for the weekdays. 5th and P st, still at 5:30pm. This field has lights so we can continue playing in the dark winter evenings. There is less room, and other groups to contend with which is not ideal. Please recognize that we’ll have to be flexible and adapt to the situation. Fields with lights are difficult to come by around the city. This one is well located and has worked for us in the past. Always open to suggestion if there are better options.

It’s going to be a sunny, crisp fall day. Starting a little chilly, but quickly turning pleasant and perfect to have a fun run.
Monday touch on the tidal basin 5:30pm
This will probably be the last week before we move to a field with lights for the weekdays. It will still be chilly this evening. Come for a short run before the sun sets.
Saturday touch on the tidal basin 9:30am
AKA Wallenberg field. Brace yourselves, temps are going to drop overnight and be in the mid 50s tomorrow morning with a light breeze. The sun should be shining so it will be a great day for touch.
Wednesday on WW2 memorial side of Washington monument 5:30
It’s still soggy and drizzly out, although should be mostly clear by this evening. Also didn’t warm up as much as anticipated, but still warmer than Monday. Get out your winter gear and come for a run. Sun is setting faster and faster so get out early to get your run in.
Monday touch is still on. 5:30 on WW2 side of Washington monument
Looks like a continued drizzle through the evening, and a little chilly, but nothing to slow us down. Bring an extra layer and something waterproof for after and it’ll be fine. We can still have some fun and get some exercise.
