Monday, Bundy field 5:30pm

We’re in a warming trend, and I’m going out on a limb to say that the coldest days are behind us. Temp tonight will be around 40F/4C (hooray for above freezing!!). However, there is a better than 50% chance that there will be some light rain. Not enough to slow us down, but umbrellas and a dry change of clothes are recommended.

Saturday on the Mall

The rain is clearing up and with it goes our brief respite from the cold. It will drop down to below freezing temps tomorrow morning, about 28F/-2C with windchill down to 16F/-9C. Nonetheless we will persevere.

We’ll play near the Smithsonian metro at 9:30am. Plenty of time to get a run in before the six nations afternoon game. Also, Go Old Glory!

Saturday! You won’t regret it………maybe

Full disclosure, there is a very real risk of frostbite and hypothermia. Temp will be about 24F/-4C, but strong winds will bring that realfeel way down to 10F/-12C. You’ve been warned.

But on to the fun and games. We’ll be on the mall by Smithsonian metro at 9:30am. It should be good fun. A little sloppy running on fresh snow (if it sticks around) and the wind will present some passing challenge.
