Winter is here a month early for some horrible reason. It’s going to be cold, but all the more reason to “work hard” on defense. Location below:

Another beautiful summer evening in November. Climate change is definitely not good, but let’s take advantage of it with a fun run after work today.

For the first weekend in November we’re going to have spectacular weather, in the high 60s while we’re on the field. Come have a run around. Bring a tasty beverage and stay after to hang out in the sun.
