Another beautiful summer evening in November. Climate change is definitely not good, but let’s take advantage of it with a fun run after work today.

For the first weekend in November we’re going to have spectacular weather, in the high 60s while we’re on the field. Come have a run around. Bring a tasty beverage and stay after to hang out in the sun.

It should be a wonderful evening. Come out on time to get as much playing time before soccer takes over at 7

Bring an umbrella. There is about a 50% chance of light rain this afternoon. It will be cool but not cold.

Regular touch is on the tidal basin (Wallenberg field). It will be chilly tomorrow, but we should have some sunshine to help out.

Come get your run in now before the weather gets colder next month. The temp should be cool but pleasant this evening, with a peek of late afternoon sun. Remember, we’re still limited by soccer at 7, so the more people that show up on time, the more play time we can squeeze in.

For various reasons Saturdays might not be your thing, you don’t like to go downtown, or you just need more touch rugby in your life. We’re trying to get a regular game going in Takoma park on Sundays at 9am. There has been some interest, but seeking a few more fun, fit, and enthusiastic players to make it happen regularly.
