There should be a little more rain overnight, but it looks like Tropical Storm Elsa passed us by without too much rain.

We’ll play tomorrow at the Tidal Basin pitch at 9:30am. It should be a beautiful day.

We’ll play Wednesday on the Mall by Smithsonian metro stop 5:30pm. The heat has picked back up so make sure you’re prepared and hydrated.

Because most people have the day off tomorrow we are going to switch this Monday to a morning session instead of the evening.

Tidal Basin pitch 9:30am

With the early heat wave this week, low 70s and breezy is going to feel downright chilly tomorrow.

There are some road closures around Lincoln memorial and west potomac park area setting up for fireworks. Give yourself a little extra time in case road closures or traffic might affect you. As of about 7pm though the main parking and field are open. See you all at 9:30am.

We’ll play Wednesday on the Mall by the Smithsonian metro, 5:30pm. Please bring plenty of water, double what you think you might need. We want to get a few runs and have fun, but it will be prime conditions for heat stroke. Play at your own risk, and know your limits. See you all out there!

For a change of scenery let’s play on the Mall by Smithsonian metro. This will also give the tidal basin field a little chance to rest after yesterday’s rain. Should be a sunny 75 degrees this afternoon. 5:30pm
