Looks like chances for rain finally drop off tomorrow around 10:00-10:30 am. Let’s shoot to play then starting at 10:30 am at the tidal basin field. 15th and Independence. A little soggy is exactly how rugby was meant to be played right?
Rugby is on for Wednesday Sept. 5th
Looks like it is going to be a bright sunny day tomorrow. See you all out there at 6:00 pm. 15th and Independence at the tidal basin field.
Sorry no rugby for Labor Day
Sorry all, not enough responses with interest to play. Enjoy the holiday!
Survey: Labor Day Touch!?
Hey who would be interested in playing tomorrow morning starting at 10:00? If you’re keen, please respond to this post with a comment. If we have sufficient interest I will repost saying we are a go.
Should be ok in the morning…
I’ll let you know if anything changes tomorrow, but for now assume we’re on for 9:30am, 15th & Independence (Tidal Basin pitch).

Shirts ordered!
Hi guys,
I ordered the jerseys on Tuesday. They worked out around $17 each so I’ll follow up with each person over the next while about that, no rush. I also got 2 spare large men’s tops in case anyone forgot to respond.
You can still register your interest in the tournament, the more the merrier!

P.S. I think they look good! ;D
Tomorrow…
Rugby tomorrow, 6pm, Tidal basin field.
Don’t forget to let me know if you want a jersey!
See ya then, G
Jerseys…
Hi guys!
If you want official DC touch swag for the tournament (or just to have anyway, even if you can’t make the tournament) please fill this in for size/payment info. The more we get the cheaper they will be overall, but I was told last time they were around $25. They will be tank tops with our logo on the front.
I’m hoping to order them ASAP so that we get them on time (tonight or tomorrow night).
Don’t you all clean up well ;D
Thanks to everyone who came out last night. We’ll definitely do it again soon. More photos to follow shortly but here’s a taster from later in the evening.
Also – rugby tomorrow! 6pm at the spot we played at last Monday (15th & Constitution, beside the German-American Friendship Garden).
