Hello esteemed touch rugby players!
I just wanted to forward along this update to you all so that we can begin the proper registration process for this upcoming touch rugby tournament. There is one major update: registration will now be done individually through the Eventbrite page below. I’ve already registered and it is pretty easy. You simply click on the link below in this post and then once on the page you click on the “Tickets” button.
The tickets (registration) is $7 and then there is a $1.34 processing fee so total cost is $8.34 per person. Remember there is also the option to donate to the Serge Betsen Academy in addition to your registration fee if you would like that option.
Finally, Victor is organizing for our team jerseys and he is planning to send around more information about the cost and process for ordering those soon.
*IMPORTANT*
Once you have completed your registration, please let me know by commenting on here or by sending me an email/text/carrier pigeon so that I can put you on our confirmed team list. Thanks!

Charity Touch Rugby Tournament with Serge BETSEN
Program/Activities :
- 10 am-12pm: Touch tournament begins
- 12pm-1pm: Exhibition Senior Game (Tackle)
- 2pm-3pm: Touch Rugby Final phases
Cost to enter: $7 per person (please register individually, do specify in the ticket order the team you will be playing with, if you dont have a team we will put you in Serge’s team)
BBQ will begin at 1pm with complimentary food and drinks provided by Cuisine Solutions for participants & guests
A raflle with unique prizes will take place during the day
Donations can be made via Eventbrite in the “ticket” section
100% of all proceeds will go to the Serge Betsen Academy USAwww.sergebetsenacademy.org
The Serge Betsen Academy USA is a 501(c)(3) organization. Gifts are deductible to the full extent allowable under IRS regulations
Please note that:
- All Touch Rugby players will be required to sign a liability waiver on arrival
- Players in the Exhibition Senior Game must be Rugby USA CIPP registered to participate
- Game is in Aldie, VA
We hope you will be able to join us for this great cause, and share some stories (and a pass or two) with France’s legendary player
