Our friends from Alexandria are looking for three players to join them for a touch rugby tournament in the Cayman Islands on April 16th.  Their hope is to get two more guys and one more girl to join them.  If you’re interested, let me know and I’ll forward along your information.  Hard to say no to rugby, sun tanning, and drinks with mini parasols in them.

It looks like we may have to contend with rain tomorrow morning, so I’m not sure about rugby.  I’ll post in the morning around 8:30-9:00 a.m. to let everyone know.

If we’re on, we’ll be playing at 15th and Independence again.  Hopefully we’ll be out there.

Secondly, I forgot my watch.  Can someone bring it if they picked it up on Saturday?  James, I believe you may have it.  Can you bring it if you do?

Hey everyone,

We’re testing out playing rugby at the 15th Street and Independence field tomorrow (our typical Wednesday field).  I don’t think it’s occupied by anyone else at that time, so it should be a smooth transition.

Be mindful there may be an onslaught of tourists headed to the Mall and tidal basin to see the cherry blossoms.  Expect some crowds even early in the morning.  Hopefully the tourists won’t pose too big of a hurdle for anyone’s commute.

I can bring a ball if I come tonight, not the most ideal one, but it’ll do.  But I’m not guaranteed to head to rugby tonight.  Work…

The weather’s a bit iffy tomorrow.  I’ll cancel if it’s raining.  I think things will probably hold up though because chances are better that it’s just going to be cloudy in the morning with rain arriving in the afternoon.

Look out for an email in the morning whether we’re on.  If we play, it’ll be at 9:30 a.m. at 17th and Constitution.
